Timing your arrival
- Book a slot at either end of the move-in window, not the middle of the Saturday.
- Check whether your accommodation has a booked unloading bay.
- Confirm the earliest time you can access the room.
Sharing a booking
Housemates travelling from the same town can share a van and split the cost. We label per person so nothing gets mixed at the other end.
Coming back out of storage
If we stored your things over summer, give us the new address as early as you can. September redelivery slots fill first, and an early booking means your boxes are there when you arrive rather than a week later.
